Nose.. Very fresh and floral, fresh cut grass and chaffed barley, fresh meadow flowers on a spring morning with a hint of honey and fresh fruits.. Caramel and toffee notes with a gentle wisp of wood smoke..

Palate.. Creamy with a hint of oatmeal biscuit, honey and green apple, a touch of candied orange with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar coated almonds..

Finish.. Drying with a touch of oak..

Thoughts.. Quite pleasant to drink, goes down easy and would be perfect on those hot summer nights.. Given to friends as a warm up to the evening, sitting in the garden chatting is where this belongs..
