It always brings a little smile when I receive some of the snotty comments that have been hitting my spam inbox recently, well I say recently it has been going on for a while..
Id just like to make it clear though that if you can’t be bothered to add a name or email address when giving the abuse then it will not be posted !!
My thoughts on the whiskies I review are solely my opinion and I don’t believe that all or virtually all the whiskies I review need to have a negative review !!
If you want to read negative reviews for everything released then there are plenty of blogs out there that cater for that..
I don’t believe in writing comments and negativity in order to create a following !
My cup is always half full not half empty, I give my honest opinion and that’s it, again there are plenty of blogs out there that will continually give negative thoughts for those of you who solely want to moan about things…
I am not bought by samples or visits, I pay for my bottles of whisky out of my own pocket and probably spend a lot more than most bloggers.. I don’t ask for subscriptions, patrons nor do I get sponsorship from companies, my site is solely paid for by me !!!!
I shouldn’t have to justify my self to anyone but it seems I do..
I will not just F – off !!
Although I will say this.. Thanks for the continued boost to my figures !!

It’s part of the reason I’ve not been blogging recently. Lots of negativity out there and sometimes it just doesn’t seem worth the effort. Hope you don’t give up though, keep up the good work and don’t let the bastards grind you down!
