Three Ships 6 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company

James Sedgwick Distillery

Founded In 1886 the distillery today produces single malt, Grain and blended whiskies and is located in South Africa.

Production is done with the help of two pot stills and two column stills as well as a 6 column still for producing neutral spirit.. On site there are two mash tubs, sixteen washbacks and a capacity to hold around 150,000 Casks on site within seven warehouses where those pesky angels are not actually too greedy with only around 3-5% loss.. The distillery also boasts one of the most approachable master Distillers / blender in Andy Watts.. Read his story HERE

What a great review! Haven’t had any whisky from anywhere but Scotland. This makes me want to explore others.

    Cheers!
